Last years challenge participants celebrated a combined weight-loss total of 130 lbs forever gone. Many of whom continued on our plan, to lose additional weight, and keep it off!
It Starts in the Kitchen
This year, we're taking it up a notch, as we've learned over time that many find it difficult to sustain a healthy weight-loss.
The things we do to accomplish weight-loss, need to be things we can comfortably make apart of our everyday lives, once we've reached our actual fitness goal. That requires 2 things: being active, and knowledge of what we're putting into our bodies. The food portion of this challenge consist of the following:
