2021 Reset Challenge

We are excited to share this New Fitness Challenge with you guys! I know that 2020 has been challenging for most if not all of us. We've experienced some set-backs, and for many of us that includes our health!

We've designed this "Comeback Challenge" with a combination of body-weight work-outs, and a customized meal plan guide.  This challenge is for everyone, and we invite you to join us in hitting the re-set button!

Local Challenge

  • This Challenge is 14 days long.

  • Includes six safely orchestrated outdoor "body weight" 55  minute personal training sessions with Coach Chris.

  • A 14 day meal guide, which includes a completed shopping list.

  • A 14 day customized work-out plan, and daily fitness challenges. 

  • Customized Meal Prep Demos and Recipes.

  • Daily Support and Accountability Check-ins.

  • Personalized Challenge Journal.

Virtual Challenge

  • This Challenge is 14 days long.

  • Includes six 40 minute virtual "body weight" personal training sessions with Coach Chris.

  • A 14 day meal guide, which includes a completed shopping list.

  • A 14 day customized work-out plan, and daily fitness challenges. 

  • Customized Meal Prep  Demos and Recipes

  • Daily Support and Accountability Check-ins

  • Personalized Challenge Journal

 

Note: Virtual participants should have a laptop and internet available, as well as space to work-out.
