Let's begin with a phone or face-time consultation. We'll discuss your goals, and some of the things you've done in the past. We will also discuss some of what you are currently doing right now. Each fitness plan is created specifically for you, based on your individual needs, and desired outcome. This consultation will prepare us for our first work-out session together, as well as allow us the opportunity to connect a bit, before we begin. This is a big step, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

Our packages are grouped into 8, 12, 24, and 36 sessions. Clients will have the option of working out 2 or 3 days per week.  Each session is 55 minutes long.


I will always take your suggestions into thought, when planning out your sessions. We'll discover what you enjoy, as well as incorporating outside activities.

Couples training doesn't just apply to "couples". Train as friends in pairs. The benefits of having a training partner are numerous, not to mention cost effective. While there are 2 of you, I will still base your work-outs on your individual needs and desired outcome. Have fun working out with your favorite accountability partner.

AGES 13-17

As a teenager, I struggled with my weight. I experienced bullying, and negative body image for years. The type of bullying I experienced, doesn't begin to compare to what this generation of teens go through on a daily basis. 

If you are the parent, family member, or mentor to a teenager looking to begin the process of being healthy and living healthy, I would love to hear from you. 

We have special pricing for teens, ages 13 to 17 years of age.
